PERSIAN HORIZON TOURISM In line with the development of our contractor network and executive teams, we are seeking to hire a professional specialist proficient in contractors and contracts. Responsibilities:
- Identify and negotiate with tour operators, event planners, and accommodation providers.
- Communicate with contractors via phone, website chat, social media, and conduct online or in-person meetings.
- Draft clear and professional contracts with tourism centers, accommodations, and events.
- Establish collaboration agreements.
- Create communication and coordination for in-person or online meetings.
- Negotiate to obtain the best cooperation conditions (discounts, profit-sharing percentages, payment terms).
- Obtain necessary permits for advertising and publishing information on websites and social media.
- Document and collect portfolios.
- Record videos and photos of locations, tours, events, and accommodation services.
- Collect visual and video portfolios from contractors.
- Create a digital archive of approved portfolios for advertising.
- Coordinate with internal teams.
- Transfer contract information to the advertising and marketing team.
- Collaborate with the content production team to use videos and images in campaigns.
- Participate in exhibitions and trade events to introduce products and services and identify new centers for product and service development.
- Register customer information in CRM.
Required Skills:
- Communication and negotiation skills to attract and persuade collaborating centers.
- Familiarity with legal principles of contracts to draft professional agreements.
- Skills in videography and photography for documenting activities.
- Time management and planning skills to follow up on contracts and in-person missions.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and advertising to obtain advertising permits
Skills
Qualifications:
- Holding a residence visa (company registration or sponsorship) is mandatory for Iranians.
- Due to in-person meetings, a well-groomed and formal appearance is a condition of employment.
- Having a vehicle is mandatory (please note that transportation expenses will be covered).
- A minimum of 2 years of residency and work experience in the UAE.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic (familiarity with other international languages is a plus).
- Candidates with the following experiences will be prioritized:
- Experience in obtaining various residence permits or company registration.
- Experience in sales within the tourism and travel sector.
- Experience in selling business consultancy services.
