Identify automation potentials! Together with the specialist departments and operational managers, you identify, analyze, and prioritize processes with high automation potential. Develop solutions! From conception to development and implementation: You design customized automation solutions that deliver real efficiency and quality gains. Empower Business Units! You advise colleagues on automation opportunities and support them in independently recognizing and leveraging digital potentials. Strengthen networks! You are building a decentralized automation network within the Business Unit and ensuring sustainable exchange and knowledge transfer. Shape digital development! You actively contribute to the strategic orientation and further development of digital solutions – always in alignment with the needs of the business units. Create standards! As part of your automation activities, you document processes, solutions, and best practices – transparently, structured, and future-proof.
???? Our expectations of you
Qualifications Ideally, you have already implemented web automation. You can communicate complex technical content understandably – even to non-technical people. Teamwork, empathy, and collaboration skills characterize you. Very good German and English skills (min. B2). Bonus skills: Initial exposure to cloud technologies. Knowledge of transportation and logistics processes.
Qualifications You have practical experience with Python and feel comfortable in Linux environments.
Education Completed technical education in the field of IT or automation (e.g., HTL, FH, university).
