About Us:
SINA Investment Group is a UAE-based company specializing in diesel, heavy trucks, spare parts, and building material (road base, sub-base, aggregates, and more). We are seeking a skilled Purchase Officer to manage procurements.


Key Responsibilities:
* Procure spare parts efficiently, ensuring quality, availability, and competitive pricing
* Initiate and track purchase supplements requests for the office
* Source and negotiate with suppliers, maintain vendor relationships, and manage purchase orders accurately and timely
* Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with operations for deliveries
* Conduct market research to identify new suppliers, stay updated on price trends, and support budget management
* Prepare procurement reports for management review


Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
* 3–5 years' experience in procurement, preferably in spare parts, diesel, or automotive sectors
* UAE Driving license.
* Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
* Proficiency in MS Office; ERP knowledge is a plus
* Analytical skills and attention to detail for cost optimization
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple procurement projects simultaneously.
