Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior ABA Therapist (Arabic speaking) located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Junior ABA Therapist will work directly with children to implement evidence-based techniques in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to support developmental and behavioral goals. Responsibilities include collecting and analyzing data, assisting in developing tailored treatment plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. The Therapist will also interact with families to provide guidance and updates on the children's progress, fostering an inclusive and supportive environment. Qualifications Strong background in Applied Behavior Analysis and Behavioral Analysis Knowledge in Psychology and experience working specifically with children Excellent Interpersonal Skills for interaction with children, families, and team members Proficient in Arabic language to effectively communicate with Arabic-speaking clients and families Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field is preferred Passion for child development and a patient, empathetic approach Ability to work full-time in an on-site role in Dubai, United Arab Emirates
