Now Hiring | Sales & Business Development – Electric Motorcycles (EV Mobility) UAE | Permanent Role Adecco is hiring on behalf of a fast-growing EV Mobility & Subscription Platform for a high-impact Sales & Business Development professional to lead electric motorcycle sales, fleet expansion, and strategic partnerships across the UAE. This is a senior commercial role for someone who can drive growth across B2B clients, fleet partners, dealers, and last-mile delivery platforms (Talabat, Careem, 3PLs).???? Key Responsibilities✅ Sales & Business Development Lead sales for electric motorcycles across direct clients, dealers, and B2B partners Drive annual sales targets and grow market share Align leasing & trading strategies with Spark Lease and Wize Power (CAPEX, pricing, subscriptions) Build new distribution channels, fleet customers & resellers Manage key client relationships, proposals, and commercial negotiations✅ Cost Optimization & Process Efficiency Optimize service, maintenance, and warranty costs Implement preventive maintenance programs to improve TCOTrack KPIs (turnaround time, parts usage, failure rates) and drive improvements Coordinate with technical & supply chain teams on warranty recovery✅ Strategic Planning & Market Expansion Support EV trading, leasing & service expansion across UAEDevelop business cases for workshops, hubs & logistics partnerships Track UAE EV policies, RTA regulations & sustainability incentives Work with Magnu Vest and strategic partners on financial & operational growth models???? Requirements✔ 5–8 years of experience in automotive sales & aftersales (EVs, motorcycles, fleet preferred)✔ Strong knowledge of electric powertrains, battery systems & leasing models✔ Proven experience in cost optimization & workshop network development✔ Strong negotiation, commercial planning & stakeholder management skills✔ Bachelor’s in Business, Engineering or Automotive Management (MBA preferred)✔ Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)✔ Valid UAE Driving License required????
