The Property Consultant will focus on assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, providing personalized advice, and negotiating contracts. Responsibilities also include conducting property viewings, analyzing market trends, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and delivering excellent customer service to ensure a hassle-free real estate experience. Qualifications Strong expertise in real estate, including property brokerage, sales, leasing, and property appraisal. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships. Proficiency in market analysis and research to identify trends and opportunities. Ability to provide investment advisory services and consultancy to help clients make informed decisions. Familiarity with property and facility management processes is an advantage. Experience with real estate marketing strategies and client engagement techniques. Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Previous experience in the real estate industry and a valid UAE driving license are highly desirable.
