As a trusted partner in Dubai's dynamic real estate market, DXBA.com is redefining the luxury property experience.The Role Content Production• Capture high-quality photos and videos for marketing, social media, events, and campaigns.• Plan and execute shoots, including lighting, composition, location scouting, and directing subjects.• Edit videos (color, audio, pacing, graphics) and retouch photos to match brand style.Storytelling & Creative Direction• Develop creative concepts, storyboards, and shot lists.• Translate ideas and brand messages into engaging visual stories.• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm content ideas that support business goals.Social Media & Digital Content• Produce platform-optimized content for Instagram, Tik Tok, You Tube, websites, and ads.• Understand current trends, formats, and storytelling styles for each platform.• Repurpose footage and images into multiple pieces of content.Project Management• Manage deadlines, organize assets, and deliver final content on schedule.• Maintain file systems, media libraries, and backups.• Coordinate with other departments (marketing, product, events) to meet project needs.Brand & Quality Control• Ensure all content aligns with brand identity, tone, and visual guidelines.• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and creative techniques to keep content fresh.Qualifications Skills in video production, video editing, motion graphics, and photography Proficiency in graphic design, visual storytelling, and image editing Knowledge of content creation strategies for social media and digital platforms Strong creativity, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects Proficiency in industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro) Experience in real estate or luxury branding is a huge plusWhat You’ll Get AED 4,000 salary (visa and healthcare included) Performance-based bonuses A chance to work on luxury listings all over Dubai Growth opportunities within a fast-paced, creative environment Access to updated equipment and tools that help bring your ideas to lifeIf you think you have an eye for aesthetics and what makes a great story, we'd love to hear from you!
