We are looking for a highly skilled Planning & Reporting Lead to join our team within one of Abu Dhabi’s flagship cultural institutions. This role is a key strategic position, responsible for driving planning cycles, monitoring performance, and ensuring alignment across all museum departments.About the Role As the Planning & Reporting Lead, you will partner directly with the Museum Director to coordinate strategic planning, consolidate organizational reports, track KPIs, and provide insights that support decision-making. You will act as the central link between leadership and departments, ensuring priorities are executed effectively and on schedule. Key Responsibilities Lead annual and multi-year strategic planning across all museum departments Set & Monitor KPIs, project progress, and departmental performance Produce high-quality executive reports, dashboards, and presentations Conduct research, benchmarking, and strategic analysis Coordinate cross-departmental planning and ensure alignment with museum-wide objectives What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s in business administration, (MBA) or equivalent.6–15 years of experience in strategic planning, performance reporting, or consulting Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills Experience within government, cultural institutions, or large-scale organizations is an advantage Ability to work confidently with senior leadership in complex environmentsIf you are a strategic thinker with strong planning and reporting skills — and excited to contribute to a world-class museum project in Abu Dhabi — we’d love to connect.
