Founded in 1853, we have over 12,000 employees and operate in nearly 100 countries.Objectives / Purpose of the Job:To drive product availability, visibility, and sales performance in retail pharmacies by building strong relationships with pharmacists, monitoring stock levels, and executing in-store strategies aligned with commercial targets.Requirements:Relevant education in Pharmacy, Biology, Science, or related healthcare business experience. Mandatory OTC promotion and pharmacy detailing experience. Chain pharmacy experience preferred.1-2 years UAE market experience required. Must have valid UAE residency and car driving license.Responsibilities:Product Availability & Stock Management Keep Bausch and Lomb products in stock at assigned pharmacies. Audit inventory weekly and report low or missing items.2. Sales Performance & Product Movement Monitor and report product movement trends. Identify slow-moving products and propose corrective actions. Achieve monthly sales targets in the assigned territory.3. Pharmacist Engagement & Education Conduct regular visits to educate pharmacists on product benefits, usage, and positioning. Address product-related queries and gather feedback. Conduct engagement events as per marketing & sales strategy.4. Merchandising & In-Store Execution Ensure proper shelf placement and promotional material visibility as per the trade agreements. Monitor competitor activity and shelf share.5. Promotion & Campaign Support Support execution of in-pharmacy promotions and awareness campaigns. Track effectiveness and provide insightful feedback .6. Reporting & CRM Usage Submit timely and accurate visit reports via CRM or designated tools.KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) Product availability rate Weekly pharmacy visit count Sell-out growth per product Merchandising compliance Campaign execution rate Reporting accuracy and timeliness
