More recently, the specialist has developed its offer towards high added value solutions in the field of Artificial Intelligence and is now one of the major players in the field.POSITION: Sales & Marketing Co-ordinator LOCATION: DubaiJOB DESCRIPTION For our sales office in Dubai, you will handle Marketing operations and will work closely with marcom and creative teams. You will assist the Customer Service/Operations team on day today task and coordinate company activities with the partners. You will act as an interface between sales and related areas such as marketing and customer service.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESKey responsibilities will include the following:Handle Marketing including managing the events: Assist in the creation of marketing communications/ programs, Event database follow-ups for opportunities & qualification of leads Assist /Organize and actively participate to fairs, roadshows and partner events. Coordinate with the creative team for preparing marketing materials and content for conducting local campaigns and field events. Closely working with marcom team for press support for interviews and product reviews Build content (case studies, testimonials, market and product news) for direct marketing campaigns like email marketing, online marketing, live webinars etc. Implement local marketing campaigns Managing Vendor Marketing budgets & claims Responsible to co-ordinate for Customer agreements & documents Collaborate with Logistics, Inventory Control and Finance Department to close claim and rectify the issue Assist Customer Service/Operations team on day today taskQUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred Two years related experience Skilled in MS Excel, Word, Power Point Digital Marketing Experience including emailers & social media Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects Ability to work in team environment Excellent interpersonal skills Be fluent English is mandatory Be fluent in Arabic is preferable KEY RELATIONSHIPS:PNY Sales Management PNY Customer Operations team PNY Financial team Partners Customers
