The role is based in the UAE with 2 days per week in the office (remote work considered) and offers a competitive day rate.This position will lead financial modelling and valuation for strategic transactions, supporting decision-making at the highest level.Key Responsibilities Build and maintain valuation models (DCF, comparables, precedent transactions). Perform sensitivity analysis, synergy quantification, and deal-option modelling. Coordinate financial workstreams during due diligence. Support preparation of Non-Binding Offers (NBOs) and Binding Offers (BOs). Partner with senior stakeholders to provide clear, actionable insights.What We’re Looking For7–10+ years in valuations, M&A, or corporate finance. Strong financial modelling skills and ability to explain complex numbers clearly. Experience in tech, education, or services sectors preferred.
