As we continue to expand, we are looking for a highly organized and strategic Office Manager to serve as the operational backbone of our headquarters.The Role We are seeking a seasoned Office Manager with a talent for orchestration and process optimization. In this pivotal role, you will not just manage the office; you will act as the strategic bridge between our diverse departments (Sales, Property Management, Finance, and HR). You will be responsible for streamlining internal communication, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering high-level reporting that aids executive decision-making.Key Responsibilities Cross-Departmental Coordination: Act as the central link between departments to ensure smooth workflows and consistent communication. Facilitate inter-departmental meetings and follow up on action items to ensure company-wide alignment. Advanced Reporting & Analysis: Design and generate comprehensive operational reports. You will monitor KPIs, track administrative performance, and present data-driven insights to senior management. Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the office, ensuring facilities, supplies, and support services meet the highest standards of efficiency. Process Improvement (Zoho): Leverage Zoho applications (Zoho Books, Zoho CRM, etc.) to digitize and automate administrative workflows. Champion the use of these tools to improve accuracy and speed across the admin team. Policy Implementation: Assist in the development and enforcement of office policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and best practices are followed. Team Leadership: Mentor and supervise administrative support staff (receptionists, runners, etc.), fostering a culture of professionalism and helpfulness.Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is mandatory. Experience: Minimum of 6+ years of progressive experience in administrative management or office management roles. Technical Skills:Zoho Experience: Previous experience working with the Zoho ecosystem is highly preferred and will be considered a strong advantage. Reporting: Exceptional skills in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, dashboarding) and creating executive-level presentations. Soft Skills:The "Bridge" Factor: Outstanding interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and personalities.
