Role & Responsibilities:Department Structure – External Leasing Establish Hi-Tech advanced competitive “external” residential & commercial leasing / sales division. Develop leasing / sales strategy consider the comprehensive automated updated technology system as a base for establishing the division. Arrange & responsible for division(s) budget. Recruit, onboard, and train employees to achieve their goals. Provide leadership, coaching, mentoring, goal setting and feedback to foster team atmosphere and performance. Develop policies and procedures in line with RERA regulations. Provide ongoing support to the external leasing/ sales team. Responsible for P&L of all property management activities for new established division Portfolio / Business Development – External Properties Acquiring new properties: buildings, master community, compound, floors, units. Getting new clients/ developers / landlords / tenants / investors on board, account management and expansion in the assigned region. Work with new developers/banks/investors on the ground in UAE/ GCC whilst also taking the initiative of developing new clients of corporate industries such as hospitality, airlines, logistics etc. Create, increase and explore opportunities to grow the company’s income through potential new clients. Generate more income streams based on other business lines within the group. Effective lead generation, credentials pitch, followed by pipelines, calls, communication and follow-up, to maintain and build active pipelines. Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives. Successfully onboard portfolio’s / units in order to meet individual goals.Requirements:Graduate degree in any field Minimum of 4-5 years’ experience in Real Estate Knowledge on real estate process Self-Starter with plenty of initiative to innovate, change or develop old ideas into new opportunities and enjoys a fast-paced exciting environment with a commitment to achieving results. Professional presentation & representation, Organized, meticulous, and confident. Strategic thinker with the ability to understand market and business intelligence to make informed choices about business development. Leadership qualities as demonstrated through previous line/team management experience. Handling multiple projects, assignments and duties Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent business acumen. Good computer skills in Excel, Word, Power Point and e-mail. Strong analytical skills. Demonstrated business development and financial skills. Ability to work independently and as part of overall team structure. Excellent communicator that motivates and empowers others to stretch themselves and reach high goals. Real estate agent’s or broker’s license Valid UAE driving license.
