The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, promote company services, manage customer inquiries, and ensure a smooth customer experience according to UAE service standards. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally to promote company services and convert leads into sales. Provide accurate information about services, pricing, promotions, and processes. Assist customers with Tadbeer-related inquiries, including maid service booking, documentation, and service packages (if applicable). Manage customer profiles in CRM and update records accurately. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance KPIs. Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate complex issues when needed. Follow communication scripts and maintain high-quality service standards. Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery. Build and maintain positive customer relationships to increase retention and satisfaction. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales-driven call center role. Prior Tadbeer / domestic worker services center experience is an advantage. Excellent English and Arabic communication skills. Strong persuasion, negotiation, and customer service abilities. Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in CRM systems, MS Office, and call-handling software. Positive attitude, patience, and professional phone etiquette.
