We are expanding our expert board and looking for an experienced HR Consultant to support evaluation processes and product development.Compensation€30–€50/hour, depending on seniority and methodological experience.Role Overview We are seeking an HR expert who can provide structured, high-quality advisory on soft-skills assessment, behavioral evaluation, and competency-based hiring. For this role, soft-skills expertise is as critical as hard-skills expertise: your ability to interpret behavior, identify patterns, and evaluate interpersonal dynamics directly shapes our assessment frameworks.Selection Process Our hiring process reflects how we work with clients and allows you to experience our system firsthand:Gamified Soft-Skills Assessment Modules measuring cognitive flexibility, communication style, judgment, and behavioral tendencies. Case-Based HR Testing You analyze candidate profiles, identify risks, and provide structured recommendations. Self-Pitching A short structured introduction of your HR philosophy, assessment style, and potential contribution.
