This is a highly impactful, hands-on role where you’ll build the people function from the ground up, working closely with founders and senior leadership as the business continues to scale across the UAE, UK and Europe.
📍 Location: Dubai (office-based, Mon–Fri) 💰 Salary: AED 15,000 – 17,000 per month (DOE)

What you’ll be doing Build and own the HR function end-to-end (policies, processes, frameworks) Design org structure, role clarity, KPIs and performance management frameworks Drive people productivity, accountability and team effectiveness Lead employee relations, conflict resolution and people matters Implement structured onboarding and offboarding processes Champion culture, engagement and employee experience Act as a trusted advisor to founders and senior leadership
What we’re looking for8+ years’ experience in HR / People roles Proven experience building or scaling HR functions from scratch Strong background in organisational design, performance management and employee relations Ideally from a similar background (wellness, lifestyle, retail, consumer or brand-led businesses) European exposure highly beneficial, with an understanding of cross-border operations and labour laws Confident, pragmatic and comfortable in a hands-on, fast-moving environment
