Our client is a long-established UAE-based diversified business group founded in 1967, with operations across technical services, travel, facilities management, and support services.
They are currently looking to onboard a Sales Executive for their team in Dubai who will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets for joinery and interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong network in the construction, interior design, and real estate sectors, with a proven track record of closing high-value projects.
Salary Range: AED 8000-10000+ commissions Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets for joinery and fit-out works. • Identify, qualify, and pursue new project opportunities in the commercial, residential, and hospitality sectors. • Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals in coordination with the estimation and design teams. • Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers. • Conduct site visits, attend meetings, and follow up on leads and ongoing projects. • Negotiate terms and close contracts in line with company policies. • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing to support business growth. • Coordinate with operations and project teams to ensure successful project handover.
Qualifications & Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in joinery and fit-out projects in the UAE market. • Proven network of contacts within consultants, contractors, and developers. • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. • Technical understanding of joinery materials, finishes, and fit-out processes. • UAE Driving License is mandatory. • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
