Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai for a Property Consultant at Fano Properties LLC. As a Property Consultant, you will be responsible for advising clients on real estate investments, buying, selling, and leasing properties. You will conduct market research, arrange property viewings, negotiate deals, and build strong client relationships. Additionally, you will ensure client satisfaction by addressing inquiries and providing expert guidance throughout the process while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the Dubai real estate market.
Qualifications Strong Consulting and Sales skills, with the ability to advise clients and achieve sales targets. Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships effectively. Basic understanding or experience in the Real Estate sector, with knowledge of the Dubai market preferred. Proven ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team. Relevant professional certifications or a background in real estate is a plus.
