Overseas Procurement & Supply Chain Officer

  • Participate in the implementation of the overseas procurement and supply center development plan, and continuously improve procurement and supply chain management systems;
  • Conduct overseas sourcing activities, including supplier identification, price negotiation, contract drafting, and contract execution tracking;
  • Coordinate international logistics operations such as transportation, customs clearance, warehousing, and delivery, while optimizing logistics routes and controlling costs;
  • Assist in establishing supplier evaluation and performance assessment systems to ensure supply chain stability, compliance, and sustainability;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-regional teams to support overseas project execution.

Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Petroleum Engineering, or related fields;
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in international procurement or supply chain management, preferably in the oil & gas industry;
  • Solid knowledge of overseas trade processes, import/export regulations, and international contract terms;
  • Strong English communication skills, with proven ability to work in multicultural environments;
  • High sense of responsibility, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, cross-regional work environment.
