This position is only for candidates with a minimum of 3 years of experience as an Automation Trainer and having a strong passion for teaching, training, and consulting.
Strong expertise in industrial automation systems like PLC, HMI, SCADA, VFD, Control panel, IIoT, BMS, etc., and excellent skills in training. Strong expertise and up-to-date knowledge on the hardware and software on automation platforms of Siemens, Allen Bradley, Schneider, Delta, and other major OEMs. Job responsibilities include training individuals and corporate clients at the institute's training facility or at the client's premises. Prepare the course curriculum and regularly update the course materials Responsible for managing the systems, training panels, softwares in the lab and upgrading them regularly. Support student counsellors to prepare a suitable technical proposal as per the training requirements from students and corporates. Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related Engineering degree Good command over English language Deep knowledge of training industry methodology. Self-motivated, with a strong sense of accountability and a results-driven approach. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
