DESCREPTIONCollecting project needs for Material and services. Search for all suppliers and subcontractorsspecialized in each Needs . Preparing an RFQ contains specifications andterms booklet according to the required needs. Collect offers and send them to the technicaloffice of project to determine their technicalcompliance and approval . Start the Price comparison between technicallyacceptable offers and determining the cheapestand most appropriate prices for the project. Negotiate with the lowest prices to provide thelargest discount on prices and obtain the mostsuitable payment terms. Issuing the contract after completing thenegotiation and coordination process with theproject to begin implementing the contract terms. Follow up the project to determine the actualimplementation rate to request the subcontractorto submit invoices for the implemented quantities to disburse the financial dues.
