Our client is an international corporate entity with offices in Bangkok, Dubai, and Malta, established to manage diverse operational functions. With a strong focus on i Gaming domain, it also provides strategic advisory services in business growth, market expansion, and operational excellence.
Reports to: HR Lead/ HR Manager Location: Location: Dubai - Onsite presence is required. Open to candidates currently based in Dubai only. Current or prior experience with i Gaming companies is highly desired.

Role Description We are seeking a proactive and adaptable Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our fast-growing team. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes while collaborating closely with external headhunter partners. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities:Manage full-cycle recruitment for multiple roles across the organization, from sourcing to onboarding. Partner with external headhunters and recruitment agencies to ensure timely and high-quality candidate pipelines. Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure alignment with company culture and role requirements. Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment data in the HR system. Support hiring managers with recruitment planning, role descriptions, and market insights. Quickly adapt to changing priorities and new recruitment requirements in a fast-moving environment. Assist with employer branding initiatives to attract top talent. Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications and Experience:Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.3 - 5 years of recruitment experience, ideally with exposure to external agency collaboration. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and tools. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills. Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented mindset.
