We are currently hiring an Piping Engineer for our UAE branch.

Piping Design and Engineering Prepare piping layouts in accordance with approved P&IDs, design basis, applicable codes, and project specifications. Carry out piping design and preparation of piping material specifications. Develop piping arrangements considering process requirements, constructability, accessibility, maintainability, and safety. Identify and resolve piping layout issues in coordination with stress, civil/structural, mechanical, and process disciplines. Participate in model reviews and design reviews to support layout optimization and clash resolution. Piping Engineering Deliverables Prepare piping engineering deliverables including layouts, isometrics, line lists, and piping drawings as required by the project. Support development and application of piping material specifications, line classes, and material take-offs under guidance from senior engineers. Review vendor drawings and data for piping scope and interfaces, as assigned. Provide necessary support during project proposals. Cross Functional Activities Interface with Process, Stress, Civil/Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, and CAD/Modeling teams to ensure piping designs are fully integrated. Support timely resolution of inter-discipline comments and design queries during FEED and detailed engineering and during construction. Engineering Deliverables & Quality Ensure assigned piping deliverables comply with applicable codes, standards, project specifications, and consultancy engineering procedures. Participate in internal checking, design assurance activities, and incorporation of review comments. Preparation of technical specification of piping materials and piping tenders, bid evaluation and its recommendation Support responses to technical queries during engineering and, when required, provide engineering clarification during construction.
Knowledge Skills and Experience Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.5–8 years experience in piping design in greenfield, brownfield including revamp and shutdown projects in oil, gas, petrochemical or industrial sector. Knowledge of piping codes viz: ASME 31.3/ 31.4/ 31.1/31.2/31.8/31.12 etc., piping standards, and engineering practices. Experience in 3D modeling in SP3D and AVEVA E3D and Navisworks proficiency Experience in preparation of piping layouts, drawings, and related engineering documentation. Professional-level English communication skills, with the ability to coordinate and communicate technical information clearly in written and verbal form. Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams. Attention to detail, accountability for technical quality, and adherence to project schedules.
