Payment24, a fintech company specializing in the petroleum, fleet & banking industries, is looking for an experienced Regional Manager with Technical Expertise in SAAS & Payment Systems.
At Payment24, the role of a Regional Manager Middle East & Asia, encompasses a multifaceted approach, as it involves interaction with three primary groups of individuals, Customers, Project Stake Holders (Internal & External) and Team Collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
Enterprise Project Delivery: Taking responsibility for overall delivery of the solution for Enterprise Customers including all aspects of the delivery excluding the Legals & Financial aspects of the solution. Project Management Oversight: Lead and oversee multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Resource Allocation: Manage and allocate resources effectively, optimizing team performance and project outcomes. Project Planning: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Create a detailed project plan, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Team Collaboration & Management: Build and lead a high-performing software development team. Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members. Provide coaching, mentoring, and professional development opportunities to team members. Foster a collaborative and productive work environment. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.· Client Satisfaction: The satisfaction of the client is paramount, as it contributes to the growth and retention of our client base. Ensuring a client's contentment not only secures the foundation of the company but also translates into increased revenue. Resource Management: Allocate resources (developers, designers, testers, etc.) effectively to meet project requirements. Manage resource constraints and workload distribution. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues in the project and develop mitigation plans. Monitor and address risks as they arise. Quality Assurance: Implement quality control processes to ensure all deliverables meet the highest standards. Ensure the software being developed meets quality standards and follows best practices. Implement quality control processes and testing methodologies Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor KPIs to measure project performance and team productivity. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments (sales, marketing, product development) to ensure seamless delivery. Communication: Act as a liaison between the development team and other stakeholders, such as clients, product managers, and executives. Provide regular project updates to stakeholders. Foster clear and open communication within the development team. Change Management: Adapt to changes in project scope, requirements, and priorities. Communicate and manage changes effectively to avoid disruptions. Documentation: Maintain project documentation, including requirements, design, and development documentation. Ensure all relevant project information is well-documented for future reference. Scheduling and Timelines: Monitor project progress and ensure it adheres to the established timeline. Make adjustments as necessary to keep the project on schedule. Stakeholder Engagement & Satisfaction: Ensure that the delivered software meets stakeholder expectations and business goals. Gather feedback and use it to drive improvements. Stakeholders typically seek a high-level overview of the strategic approach, focusing on sustainable revenue and growth. Effectively conveying this strategic vision is vital to garner support and confidence in the long-term objectives. Process Improvement: Continuously improve development processes and methodologies. Explore new tools and technologies to enhance productivity and efficiency. Conflict Resolution: Address conflicts or issues within the team and resolve them in a constructive manner. Post-Implementation Support: Ensure a smooth transition to the operations and maintenance phase after software deployment. Handle any post-release issues or updates. Compliance and Security: Ensure that the software complies with relevant regulations and security standards.
Essential Skills
Strong Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and motivate teams, fostering a collaborative work environment. Project Management Expertise: Proficient in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools. Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with team members and clients. Preferred Qualifications
Education: A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus. Experience: 5+ years of experience in project management or delivery leadership roles. Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is preferred. Technical Skills: Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project) and relevant industry tools.
