Role Description: We are currently seeking a Sales Executive to join our Sales team at Al Jawaher Reception and Convention Centre in Sharjah. This full-time, on-site role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and supporting revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, target-driven, and able to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:Conduct research to identify potential business opportunities and target markets. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to generate revenue. Monitor market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly. Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues efficiently. Track sales performance and prepare reports. Follow up with current and potential clients for future or annual events. Promote new products and projects based on organizational launches. Maintain and update client databases and sales reports. Collaborate with team members and assist as needed. Perform other duties as assigned by the Line Manager.
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business, or a related field (preferred). Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or a related field. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under minimal supervision. Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Commercial awareness and analytical thinking skills.
