Job Title: HR Operations Manager, Abu Dhabi Location
Requirements:Arabic-speaking7–9 years of relevant HR experience Minimum 2 to 3 years of managerial experience with the ability to lead and support a team UAE experience is mandatory Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, Odoo system knowledge Hands-on experience with onboarding and offboarding processes Real estate experience preferred Confident, structured, and able to operate independently Responsibilities:Oversee day-to-day HR operations and ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law Manage onboarding, offboarding, visas, and employee records Lead and support the HR team, ensuring efficient delivery of HR services Coordinate with management and external authorities as required
