On behalf of an international technology-focused company, we are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join their remote team across the EMEA region. Role Overview As a Scrum Master, you will facilitate Agile processes, coach teams on Scrum principles, and ensure smooth delivery of projects while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives). Coach teams on Agile and Scrum best practices. Remove impediments and support teams in achieving sprint goals. Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure alignment. Track team performance and promote continuous improvement. Support Agile transformation initiatives across the organization. Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments. Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile frameworks. Experience working with distributed or remote teams. Excellent facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills. Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is a plus.
