We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced CRM Administrator to manage, optimize, and maintain our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system within a real estate environment. The successful candidate will support sales, marketing, and operations teams by ensuring accurate data management, efficient workflows, reliable reporting, and strong CRM user adoption.
Key Responsibilities Administer, configure, and maintain the CRM system (Salesforce, Hub Spot, Zoho, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar) Manage CRM users, roles, permissions, and access controls Import, clean, update, and maintain lead and client data to ensure data accuracy and integrity Monitor and maintain CRM workflows related to lead management, follow-ups, and sales pipelines Create and update CRM reports, dashboards, and performance metrics Support sales and marketing teams with CRM automation and reporting needs Coordinate with internal teams to improve CRM processes and system usage Train users on CRM best practices and proper data entry Assist with CRM integrations (ERP systems, marketing tools, property systems) Ensure compliance with data privacy and security policies
Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or related field Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a CRM Administrator or similar role Hands-on experience with at least one CRM platform (Salesforce, Hub Spot, Zoho, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics) Strong experience in data management, reporting, and CRM maintenance Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets Strong attention to detail and analytical skills Good communication skills and ability to support non-technical users Real estate industry experience is an advantage
