🔍 About the Role We have our own warehouse facility and are looking for an experienced professional to sell warehouse/storage space to external clients who want to list and store their stock with us. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in warehouse space selling or logistics sales within the UAE.
🧩 Key Responsibilities📦 Identify and onboard clients requiring warehouse/storage space 🤝 Sell storage solutions based on client inventory size, duration & requirements 🏢 Conduct warehouse site visits and explain facilities, safety & storage options 💼 Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms & close deals 📊 Coordinate with warehouse operations for smooth space allocation 🔄 Manage renewals, upselling & long-term client relationships 📈 Track leads, occupancy levels & market trends
✅ Requirements🇦🇪 Must be currently based in the UAE 🧠 Proven experience in warehouse space selling / storage leasing / logistics sales 🗣 Strong communication & negotiation skills 🎯 Target-driven and self-motivated 📍 Knowledge of the UAE logistics & trading market is a big plus
