Provide expert guidance on telecom offerings, address client inquiries, and resolve issues promptly. Build and nurture long-term relationships with key accounts to maximize satisfaction and retention. Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and contracts in line with company policies. Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. Generate regular sales reports and dashboards to support management decisions. What We’re Looking For:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in outbound telesales, ideally within the telecom industry and B2B segment. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
