Summary:
We are seeking a Bellboy to join our team and assist guests with their luggage and provide exceptional customer service during their stay at our establishment.
Job Responsibility:
- Greet guests upon arrival and departure in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist guests with their luggage to and from their rooms
- Provide information to guests about hotel facilities and services
- Handle guest requests promptly and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the lobby and entrance areas
- Ensure the security of guests' belongings and personal items
- Assist in valet parking services when needed
Candidate Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy luggage
