Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Coffee Quality Control Specialist, located in Dubai. The role involves overseeing and managing the quality control process to ensure consistency across all stages of coffee production. Responsibilities include sampling and testing coffee quality, monitoring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), conducting quality audits, and identifying areas for process improvement. Collaborating closely with the production team to ensure flawless implementation of quality standards is also an essential aspect of this role.
Qualifications SCA and CVA will be a bonus Immediate joiners only Driving License is a Mandate 5-6 years' experience as a Barista Proficient knowledge of Quality Control and Quality Assurance practices Strong skills in Quality Management and experience with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) Expertise in conducting Quality Auditing for compliance and process improvement Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Prior experience in the coffee or food & beverage industry is highly desirable A relevant degree or certificate in Quality Management, Food Science, or a related field is a plus
