About the Role The Media Specialist will play a key role in maximizing brand visibility and campaign performance across digital and traditional media channels. This role requires a balance of creativity, analytical thinking, and hands-on media execution to drive measurable results. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement media plans aligned with marketing objectives Manage paid media campaigns across digital platforms (Social Media, Google, Display, etc.) Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs and analytics Coordinate with creative and content teams to ensure message consistency Negotiate and manage media placements, budgets, and schedules Analyze audience insights, media trends, and competitor activities Prepare performance reports and actionable insights for stakeholders Ensure brand consistency and compliance across all media channels
Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field Proven experience as a Media Specialist or Media Planner Strong understanding of digital media platforms and advertising tools Experience with media buying, planning, and performance tracking Excellent analytical and reporting skills Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
Preferred Skills Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and programmatic platforms Knowledge of media analytics tools (GA, Ads Manager, DSPs) Strong budgeting and optimization skills Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
