We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Arabic‑speaking Real Estate Agent to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in real estate sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage clients professionally from first contact to closing. Key Responsibilities Handle property inquiries and provide professional guidance to clients Conduct property viewings and negotiate offers Maintain strong knowledge of Dubai real estate market trends Build and manage a client portfolio Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Prepare and manage required documentation for property transactions Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process Requirements Arabic speaker Minimum 6 Month of real estate experience in Dubai Strong sales and negotiation skills Excellent communication and client‑handling abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team
