About the Role Cognium is engaging experienced wealth management professionals to join us as Industry Advisors. This role is designed for senior practitioners from DIFC- and ADGM-regulated firms who want to contribute practical, real-world insight into portfolio management, client servicing, and compliance workflows as part of building a next-generation Wealth Tech platform. The engagement is flexible and may be structured as part-time, contract, or full-time. What You’ll Do Provide practitioner insight into portfolio construction, asset allocation, and performance reporting Share best practices across HNW / UHNW client onboarding, relationship management, and servicing Review and test product features, offering structured feedback to product and engineering teams Validate workflows against DFSA / FSRA regulatory, suitability, and governance expectations Advise on how portfolio, client, and compliance teams interact in real operating environments Contribute market insight on practitioner needs, adoption considerations, and industry trends Where appropriate, facilitate introductions or referrals to firms or practitioners who may benefit from the platform Who This Role Is For Currently working or recently worked in a DIFC- or ADGM-regulated wealth or asset management firm Experience in one or more of the following: Portfolio management Investment advisory or discretionary management Relationship management Compliance, risk, or governance (wealth management context) Strong understanding of regulatory, suitability, and client lifecycle requirements Well-connected within the DIFC / ADGM wealth management ecosystem Interested in shaping technology that reflects real practitioner workflows Why Join as an Industry Advisor Influence a live Wealth Tech product with genuine practitioner input Flexible, advisory-first engagement model Opportunity for longer-term collaboration as the platform scales Recognition as a trusted industry contributor This role does not involve direct sales or client solicitation.
