We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our padel sport retail team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of retail experience and a passion for sports, preferably padel or related sporting goods. The Sales Executive will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, maintaining store standards, and contributing to the overall success of the retail operations.
Key Responsibilities Sales & Customer Service Greet customers professionally and assist them in selecting padel equipment, apparel, and accessories. Provide product knowledge and recommend suitable products based on customer needs. Achieve individual and store sales targets. Promote ongoing offers, promotions, and new product launches. Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities. Store Operations Ensure proper display and merchandising of products as per brand guidelines. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store at all times. Assist in stock receiving, tagging, and replenishment. Support inventory counts and stock management. Report low stock levels and fast-moving items to management. Customer Experience Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally. Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business. Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and service standards. Administrative & POS Duties Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems. Handle cash, card payments, and other payment methods responsibly. Follow company policies and procedures. Requirements Qualifications & Experience Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience (sports retail experience is an advantage). Experience in sporting goods or padel industry is preferred. High school diploma or equivalent.
Additional Requirements Passion or interest in padel or sports is an advantage. Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays. UAE retail experience is preferred.
