Role This is a full-time, on-site role for a Community Manager based in Abu Dhabi. The Community Manager will be responsible for building, nurturing, and managing Ohana Development’s digital community across all social media platforms. This role plays a critical part in protecting brand reputation, driving engagement, and strengthening relationships with clients, brokers, partners, and followers. The Community Manager acts as the voice of Ohana online, ensuring consistent tone, responsiveness, and alignment with the brand’s premium positioning.
• Manage daily engagement across all social media platforms• Handling the posting schedule• Respond to inquiries and maintain premium brand tone• Monitor brand mentions and safeguard reputation• Support major project launches and branded partnerships• Grow and activate our broker, investor, and client community• Track engagement metrics and provide performance insights
Qualifications Community management and customer relationship management skills to engage effectively with residents and address their concerns proactively. Digital engagement and social media management experience, with the ability to foster online community growth and interaction. Strong event planning, organizational, and coordination skills to manage community events and initiatives successfully. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey information clearly and professionally. Proven leadership and problem-solving abilities with a proactive, solution-oriented approach to challenges. Proficiency with community engagement tools and familiarity with digital communication platforms. Bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing, business, or a related field is preferred. Experience in real estate development is a must.
