Role Overview:As a Product Manager , you will own and lead the strategy, development, and continuous improvement of key digital products . You will play a crucial role in shaping the experience of millions of users, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver services and features that are simple, reliable, and human-centric. Key Responsibilities:• Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog in line with company's strategic objectives.• Lead product discovery and translate user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints into clear product requirements.• Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, engineers, data analysts, and business owners to deliver high-impact solutions.• Prioritize features and services based on user value, data insights.• Coordinate product development sprints and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.• Continuously monitor product performance through analytics, research, and user feedback.• Identify and resolve product-related risks, blockers, or inefficiencies.• Work with internal and external stakeholders (government entities, service owners) to align on product goals and execution.• Drive adoption, engagement, and service completion ______________Qualifications & Requirements:• 4-5+ years of experience in digital product management (platforms, apps, portals).• Strong sense of ownership and accountability for the success of the products you manage.• Strong understanding of product discovery, agile delivery, and product lifecycle management.• Proficiency in data-informed decision-making (basic analytics, experimentation, A/B testing).• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.• User-centric mindset with attention to detail and commitment to quality.• Experience managing large-scale B2C or B2G digital services is a plus. Previous experience with government, smart city, or public sector platforms is a plus.
