Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Al Ain for a Salon Receptionist. The Salon Receptionist will be responsible for managing the front desk, scheduling appointments, greeting clients, handling inquiries, performing clerical tasks, and maintaining a welcoming salon environment. Providing outstanding customer service is a key component of the role, as is managing communication with both clients and staff to ensure seamless salon operations.
Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members. Experience in receptionist duties, including managing appointments and maintaining an organized front desk. Proficiency in clerical tasks such as handling files and scheduling. Excellent phone etiquette and a professional demeanor in all interactions. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively coordinate with the salon team. Previous experience in the beauty or service industry is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional certifications in customer service or related fields are advantageous.
