Are you passionate about real estate and experienced in the secondary market? We’re expanding our team and looking for a driven Real Estate Agent who performs well when things move quickly.
🔑 What You’ll Do• Manage buying, selling, and leasing of secondary market properties• Guide clients through end-to-end transactions• Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and deal closures• Build strong relationships with homeowners, buyers, and investors• Maintain accurate listings, documentation, and market data
🎯 What We’re Looking For A valid Real Estate License and knowledge of Real Property laws and regulations Experience in Sales and expertise in handling real estate transactions Strong Customer Service skills and a client-focused approach Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Familiarity with the Dubai real estate market is a plus Proficiency in languages commonly spoken in Dubai is an advantage Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
