Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Sales Associate will manage day-to-day sales activities, including client interaction, property showings, and securing deals. Responsibilities include maintaining a strong understanding of the real estate market, building relationships with new and existing clients, and providing tailored property solutions. The role requires assisting clients throughout the buying, leasing, or investment process while delivering excellent customer service.
Qualifications Sales and Negotiation: Strong skills in sales techniques, closing deals, and negotiation to secure optimal results for clients. Communication and Customer Service: Proficient in building and maintaining client relationships with excellent verbal and written communication. Market Knowledge and Analytical Skills: Familiarity with the Dubai real estate market, property valuation, and ability to analyze investment opportunities. Organization and Time Management: Ability to manage schedules, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple clients and properties efficiently. Proficiency in property management software and CRM systems is an advantage. Fluency in English is required; additional language skills, such as Arabic or other languages, are a plus. A valid UAE driver’s license and access to transportation. Previous sales or real estate experience preferred but not mandatory.
