Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role based in Musaffah. The Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with customers, identifying their requirements, and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs. This includes maintaining relationships with existing clients, generating new leads, processing sales transactions, and achieving sales targets. Additional responsibilities include assisting with in-store merchandising and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service and support.
Qualifications Customer relationship building, client communication, and exceptional interpersonal skills Sales strategy development, lead generation, and meeting sales targets Proficiency in negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving abilities Knowledge of the glass or construction industry is an advantage Ability to work effectively in a team and independently Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as Microsoft Office and CRM platforms High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
