Role Overview We are looking for a Construction Operations Manager to oversee project workflows, ensuring all jobs move efficiently from start to completion. This role will manage projects, subcontractors, client communication, and financial tracking through a centralized system.
Job Highlights Paid Hours per Week: 35Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am to 4pm with 1hr unpaid break | Eastern Time Work Arrangement: Work from home Contract: Independent Contractor Side note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. Responsibilities Manage and track all projects (status, timelines, issues) Oversee permits, inspections, and project closeouts (CO) Coordinate with subcontractors and monitor performance Provide weekly updates to clients and follow up on approvals Track invoices, payments, and outstanding balances Monitor material orders, deliveries, and delays Maintain systems and workflows (Notion or similar) Prepare weekly reports (projects, finances, risks, next steps)
Requirements Experience in operations, project management, or construction coordination Strong organizational and leadership skills Experience with CRM/project management tools Ability to manage multiple projects independently Strong communication and follow-up skills
Nice to Have Construction or real estate experience Experience with Notion and Quick Books
