Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Agent based in Abu Dhabi. The Real Estate Sales Agent will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by conducting market research, scheduling and hosting property showings, providing guidance throughout the transaction process, and maintaining excellent customer relationships. Additionally, the agent will work to meet sales targets and contribute to the success of the agency. Collaboration with team members, staying informed about current market trends, and ensuring a seamless client experience are key aspects of this role.
Qualifications
Expertise in Real Estate Sales, Real Estate, and holding a valid Real Estate License Proven ability in Customer Service and Sales, with excellent negotiation and closing skills Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication abilities Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market is a significant advantage Proficiency with real estate software and digital marketing tools is preferred Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work effectively in a team environment Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a relevant field is a plus
