Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Support Technician based in Abu Dhabi. The IT Support Technician will be responsible for providing technical assistance, diagnosing and troubleshooting issues related to desktops, printers, and other IT hardware. They will perform computer repairs, maintain systems, and deliver timely solutions to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Additionally, the technician will collaborate with team members and provide high-quality service to end-users.
Qualifications Proficiency in Technical Support and troubleshooting IT-related issues. Experience with Desktop Computers and Printer Support, including hardware and software maintenance. Skills in Computer Repair and the ability to identify and address hardware-related challenges. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in on-site team settings and individually. Experience working in IT-related roles or certifications in relevant technical fields is a plus. A degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines is preferred.
