RNZ runs a full fledged Research Centre working on ideation to commercial production of patented, fully sustainable biostimulants and bio pesticides for meeting future farming needs.
Role Description This is a full-time trade sales and fertilizers trade role at RNZ Group. The sales representative will be responsible for market development, understanding customer needs, promoting and selling agricultural inputs, and supporting farmers to increase yields and reduce cultivation costs.
Qualifications Sales, Marketing, and Business Development skills Some knowledge of agricultural inputs and farming practices3+ years of experience in international trade Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Negotiation and Sales presentation skills Customer service orientation and Relationship-building skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in the agriculture or agribusiness industry is a plus Degree in MBA marketing
