Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Design Architect, based in Dubai. The Design Architect will be responsible for conceptualizing and developing architectural designs, creating detailed blueprints, and coordinating project specifications. Daily tasks include collaborating with clients, consultants, and internal teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring that designs meet aesthetic, functional, and sustainable standards. The role also involves addressing technical challenges and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
Qualifications Proficiency in architectural design, space planning, and masterplanning. Strong skills in the use of design and drafting software such as Auto CAD, Revit, and other 3D modeling tools. Understanding of sustainable design principles and building systems integration. Ability to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders, with exceptional communication and presentation skills. Strong organizational and project management skills to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results. Experience in construction supervision and adhering to local building codes and regulatory guidelines. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field, with professional certification preferred. Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable, especially in the UAE or GCC region.
