Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Abu Dhabi for a Commis I at NOWHERE CAFE. The Commis I will be involved in daily food preparation and cooking under the supervision of senior chefs. Responsibilities include maintaining high standards of quality and hygiene, ensuring all food items are fresh and properly prepared, and assisting in menu preparations.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Food Preparation, Cooking, and general Culinary Skills Strong understanding of food safety and Hygiene standards Good Communication skills for teamwork and interaction with kitchen staff Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen environment Formal culinary training or relevant certifications are preferred Previous experience in the food and beverage or hospitality industry is a plus Passion for food quality and commitment to exceeding guest expectations
