Role Description This is a part-time hybrid role for a Reliability Manager based in Dubai, with opportunities to work remotely. The Reliability Manager will oversee reliability programs, perform root cause analyses, and develop strategies to enhance operational efficiency. Responsibilities include monitoring assets, designing maintenance schedules, analyzing performance metrics, and implementing solutions to reduce downtime. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high equipment availability and adherence to safety and quality standards.
Qualifications Comprehensive knowledge of reliability engineering principles, asset maintenance, and performance optimization Proficiency in root cause analysis, data analysis, and problem-solving methodologies Experience in developing maintenance strategies, preventive measures, and process improvement initiatives Strong communication and organizational skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Project management experience, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Proficiency in reliability-related software or tools is a plus Engineering degree or relevant technical certification preferred Experience in hospitality or similar industries is advantageous
