Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the landscaping team.
- Responsible for the productivity of the team and achieving the targets
- Manage the inventory of supplies and equipment.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and preferences.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum of 6 years of experience in landscaping or a related field.
Degree in Agriculture Preferred
Experience in ERP,MS Office tool
Knowledge of landscaping techniques, materials, and equipment.
Certification in landscaping or horticulture is preferred.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Attention to detail and the ability to maintain high quality standards
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Valid driver's license in UAE
